To Begin...

- Saffron and cream of swede soup served with soft butter & selection of warm breads
- Terrine of pheasant and black pudding, toast thins, red onion and Arran grain mustard marmalade, natural jus
- Laphroig and citrus cured salmon, toasted croutes, lemon and capers, herb fromage blanc
To Follow...
- Chicken supreme wrapped in Ayrshire bacon, olive oil fondants with wild mushrooms, roast beetroot, artichoke puree and pan jus
- Roast duck breast, confit of leg tartlette with caramelised fig, puy lentils
- Hand cut sirloin steak garni, country house style chips, roasted tomato, herb mustard
- Butternut squash risotto, aged balsamic and rocket and melting goat cheese
