* Selection of cold filled sandwiches on white, wholemeal, ciabatta baguette or focaccia breads

* Dressed poached salmon, whole side of salmon dressed the traditional way

* Scottish Smoked salmon with lemon capers and dressed mixed leaves

* Sliced meat platter with roast beef honey roast ham and Italian cured meats

* Tropical fruit platter, a great selection of melons, pineapple, kiwi and summer berries

* European and Scottish cheese platter including chutney Scottish oatcakes and grapes

* Hot garlic slices topped with fresh herbs also available topped with cheese

* Slices of vegetarian and or non vegetarian pizzas

* Jacket potatoes with various fillings

* Filled jumbo potato wedges (cheese and bacon, spring onion and herbs or peppers and sun dried tomatoes)

* Marinated and spiced chicken wings

* Deep fried haggis balls in golden crumb
